- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
- You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Processing Your Refund
Once your return is approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected or guide you on how to return it. After inspection, refunds are processed promptly through your original payment method, or as store credit, based on your preference and payment channel.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened food, personal care products, and products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Late or Missing Refunds
